   Considering the questions of the normative adjusting in the field of economic activity, participants of practical seminar, mark the observance of local authority of the basic requirements of Laws of Ukraine of «about organs bases on public regulatory policy in the field of economic activity» №1160 –IV of 11.09.03, «About the solvable organs in the field of economic activity» № 2806- IV of 06.09.05.

   At the same time realize the necessity of further democratization of preparation process and watching of regulatory acts effectiveness, wider engaging in this activity of businessmen associations and management subjects, absolute implementation of local authority of all of the Ukrainian Law provisions organs «About the solvable organs in the field of economic activity» № 2806- IV of 06.09.05.

   We, the undersign leaders of public organizations:

- Benevolent Fund «Revival of Bessarabia» (head ruler Yaryga A.V.)

- Youth public organization «Good Will» (head Kichuk Y.V.)

- Izmail city union of businessmen and leaders of small enterprises «Our city» (head Nikolaev V.M)

The project “Strengthening of the Interboundary Cooperation in Lower Danube Euroregion”, which has been worked in cooperation with organizations from Moldova, Rumania and Ukraine, starts today. The realization of this project depends inseparably on expansion of EU and impending entry of Ukraine into the World Trade Organization.

Preconditions of the project. Interboundary cooperation between the Republic of Moldova, Rumania and Ukraine is very important when taking into account tendency to integration of Europe and new European politics of good neighborliness. In Ukraine the interboundary cooperation is realized in three Euroregions: Lower Danube, Upper Prut and Siret-Prut-Dnestr.

“Strengthening of the Interboundary Cooperation in the Euroregion “Lower Danube” – is the name project, which has been started on the 28^th of November. Realization of this project is connected inseparably with expansion of EU and forthcoming entry of Ukraine into WTO.
